William & Carolyn Stark

Rev. William Stark is a licensed minister of the United Pentecostal Church and has been involved in ministry for more than 40 years. As a former pastor, he and his wife Caroline provide a depth of wisdom to the Living Hope ministry team and they are always willing to help with any project at the church.
