What to Expect

  • We gather Sundays at 10 AM for Sunday School and 11 AM for our Worship Service at 626 Celeste Rd, Saraland, AL 36571. We also have weekly Bible Study and Kids Service on Wednesday at 7 PM.

  • Expect to be welcomed into a friendly environment, by people genuinely happy to see you! We are a small church with a big heart. Common responses from guests are that it feels like "family" and that it is the most welcoming church they've ever been to.

What you'll find when you attend Living Hope is a diverse community of faith where people seek to know and love Jesus, and help those who are near us and need us. We are young, old, and everything in between, from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and economic statuses.

We are sinners saved by grace and welcomed into the Kingdom of God through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Some of us are just checking out Christianity for the first time, while others have been following Jesus for years. All are welcome and loved wherever they may be in their spiritual journey.

  • Our Sunday School classes are 45 minutes, our Worship Service is about 90 minutes and our Wednesday Bible Study and Hope Kids is 60 minutes.

  • You are welcome to wear whatever you'd like. There is no set dress code, although, for the most part, the attire leans toward a more dressy side. Just be you. Come as you are, come as you like. Just come.

  • Living Hope is a family-friendly place! We love and value our kids and believe it's important for them to have a fun environment where they can learn to know God and love God.

We break out into classes for kids, teens, young adults and adults during our Sunday School hour. Then, we worship together as families during out main service. On Wednesday nights, our kids look forward to Hope Kids, where your children will be taught simple Bible truths through engaging activities and lessons. Kids and teachers alike LOVE Hope Kids!

  • Our music incorporates both modern and traditional Christian music. We are a diverse group of people from many generations and cultures, and we want everyone to have opportunity to connect to the worship experience. We are intentional about remaining balanced in our approach.

Every weekend we have a time of authentic worship designed to prepare our hearts and minds to receive a message from God. We believe you will leave having experienced something special.

  • We are committed to providing teaching that is Bible based, and that is easy to understand and relate to.

At the end of every message we provide an opportunity to join as a community of faith in prayer and take next steps in our faith.
